LEVEL Secures $100,000 Strategic Investment
We are excited to announce that LEVEL has just secured its first $100,000 strategic investment. This marks a significant milestone for LEVEL as it continues to lead development for the decentralized perpetual market on BNB Chain.
Investment Terms
The following investment terms were agreed upon on January 9th:
▶ The strategic investor will buy 1 million LVL tokens at the time-weighted average price ending at 23:59 Jan 9th, 2023
▶ All $100k sales proceeds will go to the DAO Treasury
▶ The investor will stake all 1 million LVL tokens in the LEVEL DAO with a lockup period of 12 months. To ensure transparency, the address of the investor will be published.

Use of Proceeds
This investment marks a major milestone for LEVEL which launched without any forms of external funding, bootstrapped by the Dev team since the summer of 2022.
Proceeds will be used to launch LEVEL DAO’s upcoming liquidity contract which will enable existing LGO holders to redeem governance tokens against a portion of the existing Treasury. More details to follow.
The investor, who wishes to remain anonymous, is a seasoned exchange operator with an outstanding reputation as well as deep industry know-how. In addition to the capital injection, they will also support and advise the team on future developments, partnerships and the project’s roadmap going forward.
